Wrightreat 2026

Wrightreat is a retreat hosted by the Wright Field Scale Modelers each January on or around MLK holiday weekend. Its purpose is to provide a venue for members to gather, relax and share stories and techniques related to model building.  Not to mention enjoying a break from the dreary winter weather.  Space is limited to 24 people, and advance registration is required. If individuals would like to stop by to see what scale model building is all about, we would welcome them to visit the event and ask questions.  Registration fees are $25 for the weekend or $10 per day. (Registration in advance is required to participate. Please get in touch with the chairperson.)

Reno High Rollers 25th Annual Model Contest

Our contest is held at the National Automobile Museum just blocks away from gaming, shopping, great food and super hotels. What more could a modeler (or modeler's wife) ask for?We hope you take this opportunity to attend this years event as we have had many very positive comments on our contest. Reno offers so many diverse and interesting things to do that this is easily a family outing and not just a modelers weekend.
