Model Contest, Raffle, Vendors and more...  Come to The Villages for a great event.  Admission is $5, Registration is TBD but will include Admission.  Special Awards.  This year we will be at a new venue!

The 35th annual Valleycon presented by Wings & Wheel Modelers/IPMS of Western Mass and Northern Connecticu will be on 29 March 2026 at the Knights of Coluimbus, 460 Granby Road Chicopee MA. 

We continue to feature hybrid judging with 30 categories. Automotive and Aircraft catergories remain traditional IPMS style 1-2-3, while the other categories are evaluated using the open system (juried exibiton). We have adjsuted our Gundam lasses based on input from our Gundam building guests with Out of Box, Advanced 1/144 and Advanced 1/200. We will separate our figures into Historical or Fantasy and Vignette/Diorama. We open to the public at 9:00 AM sharp. No early birds, please. We have over 50 vendor tables available. Our raffle features primarily newly released kits with a total retail value in tne $1000 range. 

Registration is $10 for the first 5 models and $1.00 for each additional entry to a maximun cost of $15 for unlimited entruies but we requets each entrant bring no more tha 3 kits per category to reduce the worlk or the judgess. Junior entrant have no entry fee. General admission if $5.00 for adults with no charge for peoipoe under 17 with an acompanying adult. 

We have plenty of free parking and food is availblle on site.

12:30pm to 3pm judging (contest area to be closed) & “Raffles”
3pm to 4pm awards ceremony
4pm to 5pm show/contest/vendor closes
Raffles for kits: $1 for 1 ticket or $5 for 6 tickets
Vendor Tables: $20 for each
