You will be amazed!!! This is not your typical model show, not here! The Trekfest show is one of the only Science Fiction and Fantasy shows in the Midwest! Our show is part of Trekfest, the celebration of the future birthplace of James T. Kirk. Theres food, a parade, games ,activities and celebrity guests. Yes celebrity guests! This years guests include Trip and Malcom from Star Trek Enterprise. They will be on hand to select the Celebrity Choice Award and hand out trophies. Make sure you join us!

RC Fest is a new annual event hosted by Fast Track Hobbies of Rocklin California,This is a two day event that will be held at Folsom Lake in Folsom California. Working in association with Fast Track Hobbies the IPMS / Dragon Lady Scale Modelers with be putting on a display to promote the art of scale modeling, Dragon Lady Scale Modelers and the International Plastic Modelers Society. Duneland Model Contest and Swap
IPMS Duneland located in Northwest Indiana is back again this year. This years contest will be held on Saturday October 11th at the Hobart Moose Lodge 783, located at 143 S Hobart Rd, Hobart In. 46342.
This year we will have over 50 vendor tables available to satisfy your model shopping needs
Our contest has over 50 categories.
Last year we had 14 special awards.
(4) $50 gift certificates to Andy’s HHQ or Squadron will be awarded for the Best Armor, Best Aircraft, Best Automotive and Best of the remaining categories (Duneland Members are not eligible for the gift certificates)
The Hobart Moose Lodge has ample parking and easy access from of 80/94, food will be available on-site
