Route 66 Model Expo

The Route 66 Model Expo is hosted Tulsa Modelers' Forum and Tulsa Miniature Motorworks.

The Expo is GSB show with traditional  "Best of Awards" including some some unique one-offs each year. 

The Theme for 2025 is Cold War Icons: Nato vs. Eastern Block with a best of award for each side.

Fleacon 21

Fleacon is the annual scale model show and contest hosted by the Alexander Lippisch Chapter, IPMS/USA. It will be held at the Monticello Berndes Center, Monticello, Iowa on Saturday April 12, 2025. Gold, silver and bronze awards, along with Best ofs in 10 different categories, as well as Best of Show and Best Theme awards. Awards will also be given for "Best Japanese Subject," "Best Vietnam," and "Best 1:72 scale Armor."

The show will include a raffle, vendors, food will be available on site, and free parking.

Doors open at 8 a.m., registration 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Awards presented at 3 p.m.

SuperCon 2024

Theme of SuperCon 2024:  Models in the Movies - Reel or Fake

 

Any model - aircraft, armor, automotive, ship or figure of a subject that was used in a movie is eligible for the theme award.

Patcon 2024

Annual model show/contest. Vendors, raffles, seminars. Exciting new location: Contest will take place in a hangar surrounded by vintage aircraft.

MosquitoCon 33

MosquitoCon is a one day event that typically see well over 500 model entries and 100 vendor tables.  One of the largest one day modeling events in the Northeast.

IPMS Reno, "High Rollers" 23rd Annual Show & Contest

Our Contest is held at the Reno, Elks Lodge, #597, just blocks away from gaming, shopping, great food and super hotels.  In fact the Atlantis and The Peppermill are within walking distance.  What more could a Modeler (or Modelers Wife) ask for.

We hope you will take the opportunity to attend this Years event as we have had many very positive comments on our new contest venue.  Reno offers so many things to do that this is easily a family outing and not just a Modelers weekend.

SyrCon 36

On Sunday, October 20, 2024, IPMS Syracuse presents SyrCon 36, our 36th Annual Model Show and Contest.

We welcome all modelers of all ages form all over Central New York and Canada.  We have 64 categories plus special awards covering all model building genres.

We normally have about 250 entries and 30 plus vendor tables and a huge raffle table.  This year, we have three special raffles with big ticket items, along with other special raffles as well.

We open at 8:30AM with registration closing at noon.  We start judging at noon and awards follow.

Lunch is available on site.
