Annual model contest jointly sponsored by IPMS Atlanta and IPMS Marietta.  Last year we had over 400 entries and 85 vendor tables.  Make 'N Take for the kids.

MOSS CON 2017

Announcing MOSS CON 2017 hosted by IPMS/Missouri Ozarks Scale Specialists (MOSS), our 7th annual Scale Plastic Model Show and Competition.

Over 25 categories with three special themes:

* Turning Points 1942: the 75th Anniversary of the Doolittle Raid and Battle of Midway

(models entered into this theme must be documented as having participated in the Doolittle Raid or the Battle of Midway)

* 1967 - 50 Years of Muscle Cars

(any 1967 muscle car)

* The Great War: WWI 1914-1918

(any model representing a figure, vehicle, diorama, vignette, etc from WWI between 1914 and 1918; documentation may be required if the subject is not well known or easily recognizable as related to WWI.)

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Awards in addition to Best of Show, People's Choice and the three theme Awards will be presented. 

Introducing the first annual Richard Carrol Memorial Award (RCMA): an award to be presented to the model of the judges' choice that best embodies former IPMS/MOSS member Richard Carrol's modeling style of "build what you want, the way you want to, and above all...have fun!"

JAXCON 2017

Jaxcon 2017 has almost 100 categories for all types of models! The theme for 2017 (a separate special category and awards) is "Classic 1960s Sci-Fi". Our facility has a snack bar on site, plenty of free parking, and free admission for those who don't enter the contest. We have almost 10,000sqft of vendor and contest space and one of the largest raffles in the southeast! We'll be awarding 1rst, 2nd, and 3rd in the categories and have a dozen Best Ofs and Special awards too. We've been averaging over 100 entrants in the contest and @500 models on the tables. Come join us for the FUN!

BUFFCON 34

34 years of great  model shows in the greater Buffalo NY area. We have an average of 450+ entries in 74 categories and 50+ vendor tables in two big halls. Easy access from Interstate 90. See our website for all the details.

Mad City Modelers 22nd Annual Model Show

Come and spend the day with us in Madison. Our theme this year is anything Tamiya. We will have 57 categories and 13 Best awards. Our general raffle will have at least 150 kits and tools along with at least 10 big kits in our Grand Prize raffle. There will be food on site and other places nearby. We will have more vendors than last year. And finish the day with a slideshow awards presentation.
