ModelMania 2024

ModelMania is Houston, Texas's largest fine modeling show.  It is held annually in the Stafford Centre in Stafford, Texas, a suburb of Houston, Texas. Where we have a large contest room with a larger vendor room.  The vendor room has 96 tables available.  So, we have lots of vendors.

We will have door prizes and a raffle with larger prizes,  The drawing for door prizes occurrs throughout the day until the awards ceremony.  During the awards ceremony we will draw the raffle prizes. 

With the date of the contest being what it is, the theme is obvious.  Presently, we are working on the details and will provide updates here and on our webpage.

DIRECTIONS: THE ANNISTON MEETING CENTER IS LOCATED ONE BLOCK OFF QUINTARD AVE. (US HWY 21) BETWEEN WILMER AVE & NOBLE STREET DIRECTLY BEHIND THE HOTEL FINIAL.  TRAVELING SOUTH, TURN RIGHT ONTO 17THSTREET. LOOK FOR THE “MODEL SHOW” SIGNS.

Model registration is $10.00 for your first model, $1.00 for each additional model. $2.00 IPMS member discount. Junior modelers 17 and under: $5.00 unlimited models!

Registration closes at 12:00. Judging begins at 12:30.

Vendor Tables:

  • $20.00 each. Reservations of more than 5 tables will be charged $20 for the first table and $15 for each additional table.
  • Vendor setup begins at 7:00am

CAN/AM Con '24

CAN/AM Con '24 marks the return of a traditional IPMS/USA contest to the Northern New York/Vermont/Champlain Valley region.  In addtion to IPMS/Champlain Valley as the host chapter, the Mount Mansfield Scale Modelers club has partnered with us to make this show a rousing success.
