SLC XVIII is the Bi-Annual Contest and show sponsored by IPMS/Salt Lake City.  The main event will be a contest on Saturday, September 22 at the Gail Miller Conference Center within the MIller Campus of Salt Lake Community College.  There will be vendors avaliable as part of the show.  There will be 54 categories as part of 10 Classes of models.  There will also be Sponsor's Choice awards and Special Awards recognizing the best model in each Class.  This event also celebrates the 5oth anniversay of IPMS/Salt Lake City.

We will also enjoy a Friday night Banquet on Friday, September 21 where we will mingle together at Golden Corral and also have an auction involving several model kits donated to IPMS/Salt Lake City to spice up the choices available for modelers to bid for.

Annnual contest and show

29th Annual PNW Model Car Fest.  The theme of the event is “Nifty Niners”, any model year car ending in “9”,eg: 1909, ‘19, ‘29, ‘39, ‘49, ‘59,’69, ‘79, ‘89, etc.  

We’ll be at the Milwaukie Ells Lodge located at 13121 SE McLoughin Blvd for our 4th year.  

MosquitoCon has been held for 27 consecutive years and is one of the largest one day show in the Northeast.
