12th Annual HRSM Model Auction/ Swap Meet

Event: One Day Club Model Kit Swap Meet (aka “the Great Kit Dump”.)

Location: Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 3900 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach. VA

Date: Saturday, 19 October 2019

Time: 10am until finished, no later than 4pm.

Format: Auction style kit swap meet.  Auction starts at 12 noon.  All model kits must be registered to catalog before 11:30 to allow for examination.

Fee: $2 for first 10 catalog items, additional fee for futher items, in 10 item increments.

Concession on site for 'cheap but satisfying eats'.

Hope It Don't Snow Show

The show is an opportunity to display models of all scales and categories. Judging utilizes the "open system" of judging where a modeler's entries are judged on their own merit irrespective of other modelers and entries. There is no direct competition and no limit on the number of gold, silver or bronze awards given. There will be several special awards for specific topics. Youth are welcome to display their models. Vendors will be present and there will be raffle tables.

Annual Model Show and Contest  with 30,000 square feet of Models, Vendors and Displays. 

Seventy Eight categories with 1st 2nd and 3rd place awards. Twelve Best Entry award  for each genre and Best in Show Award.  Over 110 Vendor tables with 45-50 vendors.
