Contest Entry Fees: Adults - $10, unlimited entries; JUNIORS & BANTAMS – FREE!

General Admission (12 and Over) - $3     Early Entry to Vendors (8:30 a.m.) - $10

Vendors - $35 for ea. 8 ft. table ($50 after Oct. 23rd)

Show Schedule:

  • 7:30 a.m.       Vendor Set-up                                    
  • 9:00 a.m.       Registration and Vendor Areas Open to General Public
  • 12:00 p.m.       Registration Closes, NO LATE ENTRANTS. Contest Judging Begins (contest area to remain open)
  • 3:00 p.m.       Approximate Time of Awards Presentation (shortly after judging ends)
  • 4:00 p.m.         Vendor Room Closed
  • 4:30 p.m.      Show Ends - Due to Contractual Obligations, the Show Facility must be empty by 5:00 p.m.

Billetproof Washington Model Car Contest

Join us for the 8th Annual Billetproof Washington Model Car Contest,  The contest will be held Saturday June 24th, 2017 at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds in Chehalis, Wa in conjunction with the Billetproof Washington car show.  The gates open at 10am for model entries with awards at 3pm.  Come and enjoy the model car contest as well as the 500-750 full size cars on display.

Pacific Northwest Model Car Fest

Join us for the 26th Annual PNW Model Car Fest on Saturday March 25th, 2017 at the Milwaukie Elks Lodge in Milwaukie, OR. Event hours are from 9am-4pm. This is an NNL type event with Awards for Best Junior and Senior Theme as well as People's Choice and several Memorial Awards.

IPMS Reno, "High Rollers"

Our contest is held 100 yards from the ramp at Reno Stead airport, home of the fastest motor sport in the world - The Reno National Championship Air Races. Additionally, the Great Reno Hot Air Balloon Races are also under way this same weekend. This all takes place starting the same weekend as our contest. Plus gaming, shopping, great food and super hotels. What more could a modeler (or modeler's wife) ask for? We hope you take this opportunity to attend this years event as we have had many very positive comments on our venue and the feel we offer so many diverse and interesting things to do that this is easily a family outing and not just a modelers weekend.
