After a year in lockdown, the Butch O'Hare Model Club is back in action. With a new location and a renewed vigor we are once again hosting our show.

SYRCON 33 in on for this fall!
Admission starts at 8:30 AM. More than 30 vendor tables, and Judging starts at noon.
We anticipate a high turnout, so there will be a limit of three entries per participant.
All applicable COVID-19 protocols will be in place.
Admission fees: General Admission $5, free if under 12; Model entries are $1 per model, free if under 18.
Awards: There will be a first second and third award for over 60 categories! Also, we have over a dozen Special Awards.
Attention Vendors: make reservations early, as we are expecting higher than normal demand.

Our contest last year was cancelled due to Covid 19. Venue has relocated from EAA Hanger to Clovis Veteran Memorial DIstrict at their beautiful, spacious venue. Please like or follow our Facebook Group page for full details.
Our 30th Edition, delayed by Covid will offer a special award for the best first responder subject.
The Annual GTR NNL Show has been canceled this year.
We are still having the swap meet part of our show as scheduled on the first Sunday in August.
This is a free event to sell your models in an outdoor seting.
The parking lot of the Algonquin township facility will be the site and all are invited.
There will be a raffle and no charge for outdoor setup.
There is a limited number of indoor spaces at $10/space and it is on a first come basis.
Theme: ‘Strange Times’ - any model that is unique, oddball and one of a kind.

2021 Modelfest will be held on Saturday, August 28 at Liberty ChristianFellowship, 1815 W Liberty Dr, Liberty, MO 64068.This year's special theme is the "Scale Safari"; any subject named orfashioned after an animal.Registration will be open from 9:00am until noon, with awards at 3:00pm.*Admission* * Adults (18+): $10.00 for the first 3 entries, $1.00 for each additional entry * Juniors (17 and under): free * Walk-in (not competing): $3.00 per person, kids under 12 are free*Judging* * All categories will be judges according to IPMS rules * Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Best Of in each categoryVendor tables are available for $20.00 each. To be held Saturday, April 30th, 2022 at the Stafford Convention Center, 10505 Cash Road, Stafford, TX. beginning at 9:00 a.m.until 5:00 p.m. The theme of the show is "Postage Stamps" with any model that is shown on a stamp eligible for the award. Proof is to be provided by the entrant. Besides a model contest with a large number of categories, there will be a vendor room with approximately 95 vendor tables filled with items for sale, as well as a door prize and raffle prize tables.
