Our 29th annual contest will be heldon 31 March 2019 at the Knoghts of Columbus hall 460 Granbty Road in Chicopee MA. We will agai feature a Gundam class, Given the popularirty this year, we willstudy ways to make it easier to judge,, with possibly slplitting based on scale of if it was painted or not.
The Maryland Automotive Modelers Association is pleased to announce that the 26th edition of the MID-ATLANTIC NNL model car show and swap meet will be held on May 12th, 2017 at the Columbian Center in Severna Park, Maryland.
2018 Modelfest will be held on Saturday, August 25th at Liberty Christian Fellowship in Liberty, MO. This year's special theme is The Roaring 20s: any subject from the 1920s. Registration will be open from 9:00am until noon, with awards at 3:00 pm.

Annual display used to promote hobby in general, and promote our annual show.
In Region 2 there is no better way to start each model season than with the Old Dominion Open, affectionately known by most as the "ODO", located at the crossroads of Interstate 95 and 64, on the last Saturday of every February. Where almost 1000 modelers of all stripes and preferences come together for eight hours of fleating fun and glory. Come, and experience what the "art of scale modeling" is truly all about, almost 900 models, over 40 vendors and a world reknown raffle.

IPMS Gateway presents its 13th annual model contest and swap meet. Vendor setup begins at 7:30 am, and the show opens to the public at 9:00 am. Contest has 38 categories, including in juniors and out of the box, and ten "Best of" major category awards. Contest entries will be accepted from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The vendor room will have 30 or more vendors. Free children's Make & Take will take place from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Raffle to be held, with proceeds benefitting the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program in Metropolitan St. Louis.
Admission to the show only is $3.00 for adults and free for children ages 14 and under. Admission plus unlimited number of contest entries is $10.00 for adults and free for children ages 14 and under.

There will be raffle prizes to win and we will be doing the "$20 Full Pull" again so you can stock up on the tickets. There will be vendors present with their items for sale so come by and say hi to everyone. As always the show is open to the public.
