Heartland Model Car Nationals is our 28th consecutive show with the 2019 theme of "Animal House" for any model car with an animal name; Cobra, Mustang, Impala, Stingray, etc.  It's a two-day show with entries on the Saturday, judging until the wee hours of the night with the show starting at 9:00am on Sunday and awards beginning at 3:00pm Sunday.  Awards presentation is a PowerPoint show with photos and builder's name of each car by 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each of the 28 classes, 14 Master Awards and Heartland Champion.  In the last several years we have had 400+ model entries and 80 vendor tables sold, all in a great venue, the Overland Park Convention Center in Overland Park, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City, KS.
