We know how important the IPMS-USA Journal is to you. As you may be aware, there are a lot of "behind the scenes" changes taking place. The society's magazine has been managed for 18 years, more or less in full, by Chris Bucholz and John Heck. Recently, both decided to leave their positions for a number of reasons and do so with our greatest appreciation for their guiding hand for almost 2 decades. Just as in any large organization, it is not our place to share these details, but rather to figure out how these rather large shoes can be filed by new volunteers in order to meet the demands of producing the IPMS/USA Journal.

Changes like this give us the opportunity to both update and refresh the Journal, and our Publications Director, Ro Annis, has been working with the new Journal staff of volunteers to keep in place what has worked for so long and add new features to the magazine. The next Journal you receive will be a transitional one and the start of a new and exciting chapter. We know this issue is not as perfect as we would like, but we felt our overriding goal was to get an already late magazine to our members as quickly as possible.

We hope you will consider sending your constructive feedback directly to iujfeedback@ipmsusa.org. These will go directly to those responsible for creating and shaping the magazine and its content.
