The Roanoke Valley IPMS will be celebrating it's 31st year by hosting the Virginia ShootOut again. The show will have 78 class's, mulitple special awards, theme awards that include Best Great War Subject-Best Italian-Best Reel Model and The Leo Award. There will be a Retro class which is for OOB 1/72 Revell P-47 Thunderbolts and 1/25 Revell 1964 Thunderbolts. There will also be vendors, make and take for the kids and lots of fun. Doors open at 9:00 am and awards will be at 4:30pm.

On Sunday, April 7, 2024, IPMS Niagara Frontier will presents our 39th Model Show znd Contest. We welcome modelers from Western New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Ontario, Canada and more. We're located in Cheektowaga, NewYork, a suburb of Buffalo, with easy access off I-90.

We have 75 categories covering the gamut of model building genres. Newish categories are dedicated to Warhammer, Gundam and Gunpla entries. Typically we have about 450 entries and 50 plus vendor tables and a big raffle, so there's something for everyone.

We open at 9:00AM with registration closing at 1:00PM and awards at 4:00PM. Our contest room will be open during judging and lunch is available on site.

BAYCON 2023 will take place at the Elks lodge in Franklin, Massachusetts on Sunday, November 3rd. Our show flyer, which will give you information about times, location, fees, special awards and categories as well as entry forms is avail on our Facebook Page. The forms may be filled in using your keyboard, either online or downloaded to your computer and then printed out and filled in by hand. If you cannot access our online entry forms, we will have some at the registration desk that you can fill out at the show. We will have an ongoing raffle and vendor area. Food and drinks will be available at the hall.
