Highlights of our Expo will be:

"Exhibition" style display - we will use an exhibition style display more like an art exhibit where all works of each modeler will be placed together on the display tables along with a name plaque and name badges to identify the modeller. Focus will be on the modeller, facilitating social interactions and building the local modeling community

Juried Exhibition – A pre-qualified selected team of jurors made up of modellers who have substantial experience in the type of model they are evaluating will evaluate models utilizing an “Open” or “Gold/Silver/Bronze” system where entries are evaluated on their own merit against a standard of excellence, not against other modelers. After the evaluations are completed, the jurors will be available to provide respectful feedback and critiques if requested.

Seminars and Presentations – free seminars from leading and experienced modellers on figure painting, dioramas and scratch building techniques along with a presentation by an author/historian on P-40 aces.

Silent Auction - the Expo will feature a silent auction with all proceeds going to benefit the Redwood Empire Foster Parents Association

Raffle - two levels/drawing for raffle prizes, in additional to a separate drawing for multiple grand prizes

Vendors – separate vendor room where a selection of bargains awaits.

Special Awards - A People’s Choice award will also be given based on popular vote by the Expo participants, and our juror teams will also select models to receive recognition through special awards.

Entrance fee (unlimited models):  $15 for preregistration which will close at 5:00 pm on 4/6/26; $20 for registration at the door
