The PennWest Model Show has 51 entry categories and uses the Open Judging format. The major categories include Aircraft, Automotive, Ships, Figures, Military Vehicles / Armor, Railroad, Sci-Fi, Gundam / Mecha, Maschinen Kreiger (MaK), Steam Punk, Buildings and Structures, Real Space and Humor. Gold – Silver – Bronze awards can be earned along with at least 10 special “Best Of” awards. The PennWest Model Show includes raffle prizes, vendors, and an onsite food court.
