Tim Schubert, Steve Magnolia, Bill Lawrence, Chris Lawrence, Ben Lawrence, Matthew Schubert, Uriah Schubert

The club started when Tim Schubert, a USPS letter carrier, delivered a model of the USS Enterprise (aircraft carrier) to Steve Magnolia.  He found a fellow modeler and they decided to start a club.  Tim put an ad in the Albany newspaper and Bill Lawrence responded.  They all got together and met at Tim’s house for a number of years. 

As the club grew they eventually moved to A Step Above Hobbies located in Albany and met there for several years.  The club now meets at the Edward C. Allworth Oregon Veterans’ Home, 600 N. 5th Street, Lebanon, Oregon.

The club meets weekly and builds at every meeting.
