February 15th, 2026 Regular Eboard Meeting Call to Order The meeting was called to order on February 15, 2026 at 7:00pm EST by John Noack.

Roundtable/Action Item Updates

ETR – Has been meeting with Eric Aitala regarding the website update and refreshing website content. Continuing to look at ways to support Junior Clubs and possible ‘template’ for other clubs to use. Has been working with the Nationals team regarding Facebook posts to keep Nationals in people’s feed.

PP – Categories and rules are finished and are ready for the Convention.

SH – Contest is coming together. Trophy sponsorships will start Feb. 20th. Tiger Meet and Vendor Room sponsors have been secured. 2026 Categories and Rules have been posted to the Convention website. Has started working on planning the convention journal for this year.

DK – Not much to report. Has been talking to clubs to encourage giving an IPMS/USA member discount at their contests.

 

DM – Reviews continue to get posted. Has coordinated the manufacturers dinner for the Convention. Continuing to reach out to potential new suppliers and has successfully secured a few new ones.

MO – Net income for the month of January was better than it was for the month of January in 2025. A new assistant Office Manager has been brought on officially to help Nancy so she doesn’t have as much on her plate. Wants to find a way to get the IPMS Chapter Newsletter blasts out to more members.

JT – Continuing to handle emails coming in to the general inquiries box. A new SIG has been created, the What-If SIG, and it has been cleared and listed on the website. Has reached out to the Tiger Meet coordinator regarding potential SIG Displays. COI/COE forms need to be completed for the year, will work with ETR to create a fillable/signable form in dropbox for ease of completion.

DL – About 10% of Chapters still need to renew, working diligently with those RC’s and Chapters to assist them with the renewal process. Is going to work on a Chapter Renewal Guide to help clear up the process. RC’s will be getting regional and national awards nominations to him by March 15th.

RC Breakfast is being planned for the National Convention. Has been working on getting Chapter logos. Wants to look at areas where new chapters might be possible.
