Eboard Working Meeting

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order on September 28th, 2025 at 7:00pm EST by Phil Peterson.

Roundtable/Action Item Updates

PP – Worked on a response to feedback received regarding Nationals, nothing else new to report.

JN – Already begun working on the transition with Dave. 60th Anniversary is wrapped up and giveaway completed. A lot of new review stuff being received from new vendors.

SH – Hotel rooms were released for 2026 Nationals and process went well. Continuing to work with host chapters in preparation.

PhP – NCC debrief is complete and been submitted to the Eboard. Will be meeting with NCC to determine any rule changes. Thought contest went well and everyone did a great job.

MO – Working on finalizing the finances for the 2025 convention, just a few last things to take care of and will be complete. Overall the convention was very successful.

BD – New Region 5 RC has been appointed. We are up to 216 chapters in IPMS/USA now and have been contacted about starting up new chapters by a few people.

ETR – Has been having discussions about Junior Groups, how they would work and where they fit into IPMS/USA, how they can be supported and promoted.

RA – Nationals issue completed and going out soon.

JT – Handled roughly 31 emails submitted through the website contact form. Majority were routine requests and were forwarded/handled as needed.
