Call to Order

The meeting was called to order on November 16th, 2025 at 7:00pm EST by John Noack.

Roundtable/Action Item Updates:

DM – 24 reviews were posted in November. Developing a list of potential manufacturers to supply items to review. Has begun contacting those whose reviews are late and working to clear the late review list.

SH – Recovering from knee replacement still. From submitted report:

• Continuing to work with Ft Wayne on 2026 Convention, twice a month zoom meetings.
• Expecting Hampton After Action Review any day.

BD – Working with the Chapters on the re-chartering process. Held the first of planned monthly zoom meetings with the RC’s. Started working on updating the entry forms for the National Achievement Awards.

JT – Has been working on verifying and updating contact information for the SIGs. Reached out to IPMS/UK to compare how SIGs are run in their organization with ours. Recommended opening a forum area for SIG leaders to be able to communicate with each other, will speak to Eric regarding logistics. Discussed potential directions for SIGs in the future. Continuing to handle all contact form entries received.

MO – Nothing new to report, still remain financially sound with no unexpected occurrences.

PP – Working on the categories for 2026, focusing on the juniors awards currently. Working on a recommendation regarding people wishing to pick up their submissions early.

DK – Reported that 2 out of 3 of the last contests he attended were giving discounts to IPMS/USA members. Wants to look at ways we can help local chapters with their contests to include possible online registration systems.

ETR – Social Media continues to run smoothly, has been out sick for a while so wasn’t able to be as active as she wanted. Has been evaluating ways that IPMS/USA and local chapters can support youth modelers. Several new videos have been uploaded to the IPMS/USA YouTube Channel.

JN – Previewed his vision for the year with a focus on serving our members and chapters, while still working to grow our membership. Evaluate areas we can grow and encourage juniors participation. Look at updating our website in terms of streamlining and updating.
