We will be having a swap meet on Nov 7th in the field next to John Struck's shop: Johns Models
The Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum (FHCAM) has invited modelers from the Seattle IPMS club to come out and occupy 8 tables they have set up for us. The modelers will be working on projects and interacting with the public who are attending the event. This is one of many such events held each year at the museum, which shares a runway at Paine Field.
The annual Showdown is a traditional judged contest. We award 1, 2 and 3rd place for each of the 21 catagories. In addition we have Master awards for Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine Compartment, Best Chassis Detail and Floyd Bryant Best of Show award. Also we have the Bob Barnett award for Best 50's style custom.
Common Kit Theme for the Showdown is the Revell 1968 Chevelle SS396. Any Version is ok.
Vendor Tables are 8 Foot and are available for $35 each.

MosquitoCon 29 in 2020 will be our 29th consecutive year hosting this show. We average well over 500 model entires every year and 100 vendor tables. It is the largest model show and contest held in NJ each year and the largest in the NY/NJ Metro area.
