Very kind and accomodating staff, wide-ranging selection of items for all manner of creative hobbies. They host a weekly 'open-model' night where modelers can come in with whatever they're working on and hang out with fellow members of the hobby in a special room in the back. They host the local IPMS chapter, so they also host the monthly meeting for that. They regularly update their item stock, and if there's something you're looking for that they don't have, they'll order it for you. Very fair prices and a good loyalty program for regulars.
