• Registration: 9 AM – Noon
• Judging: Noon – 3 PM
• Awards: 4 PM
• ALL ENTRIES MUST BE ON THE TABLE BY 12:00 NOON

Important Information:

• Registration closes at noon. All Entries must be on the table by noon
• IPMS Judging Rules will be in effect. Judges decisions are final
• No Sweeps
• IPMS Rules of decorum will be in effect (No nudes!)
• Category splits and combines may be made and the descrection of Mad City Modelers

Entance fees:

• Adults $10 fort the first five entries +$1 for each addituional entry
• Intermediates (Ages 13 to 17) $5 for all entries
• Juniors (Ages 12 & Under) FREE
• Spectators $2 for adults and children over 12 years of age

Vendor Tables:

• $25 for a 6-foot table before February 1, 2019
• $30 after February 1, 2019
