The main room is over 3x the size of our 2026 venue. This means more model tables and more vendors.

Admission:

• Contest Entry: 9am - Noon

$10 for the first 3 Models. $1 for each additional Model

• General Admission: $5 - Starting at 9am
• 12 and Under Free (Contest and General admission)

 

Awards: 3pm

• Top 3 in each Category (including the Themed Category)
• Special Awards:

Best of Class Awards: Junior, Aircraft, Millitary Vehicle, Ship, FIgure, Auto, Space & Sci-Fi, Diorama/Vignette.

• 8ft $35

 6ft tables (Limited) may be available upon request

• Setup 7am Saturday June 26, 2027
• Possible Friday evening setup (contact us for more Information)
• Loading dock, carts, & Wi-Fi available

Contest Entry and General Admission is Cash Only. Individual vendors may accept other forms of payment, but cash is highly recommended.

No Pets allowed except for service animals.

No Live Broadcasting without prior approval. YouTube or other platform videos to be uploaded later is acceptable.
