The Historical Space Modelers SIG is for model builders who are interested in real spacecraft, satellites, space probes, rockets, launch vehicles, research aircraft (X-planes), and related subjects. This includes proposed but not built space vehicles and hypothetical models (such as 'classic' 1950s kits). Build techniques, kits, tips, and tricks are encouraged for discussion.
A special interest group for scale modelers inspired by anime and manga. We enjoy the hobby of building and painting plastic models. We focus on expanding our skills with model kits from Kotobukiya, Aoshima, Hasegawa, Max Factory, Bandai, and many more. Gunpla, mecha, and garage kit builders are welcome!
