MSRP: Depends on size Website: www.grandpascabinets.com So I built this big a$$ S-boot (hee-hee) and I really didn't have a way to display it. After researching the web and briefly thinking of building one myself, I sent out for quotes on building a custom sized case. Certainly, the cost of getting a 44 inch long case was not cheap, but after looking around I decided to give Grandpa's Cabinets a try (www.grandpascabinets.com). Ron, the proprietor and Grandpa in residence, was very helpful and prompt in his communications. After the order was made through Paypal, I only had to wait about 8 days before I had this huge box delivered to my house. It took a bit of effort to get into the box because the packing was superb and all the contents survived the tender ministrations of UPS. Once I had the new case out, I was extremely happy with the finish and look of the case. The case itself is made of crystal clear 1/8" plexiglass, which makes for a sturdy but clean design. The honey oak colored base is also a simple design that adds to the display. As you can see the whole effect is worthy of a museum and fits in a with any decor (like our dining room - where the heck will the turkey go at Thanksgiving?). But most importantly, the case met with the approval of the head of the household. Highly recommended!
