MSRP: €10.20 (approx. $14.50) Website: www.pjproduction.net Here's another very nice figure for use with your 1/32 RAF aircraft. This one is a ground crewman, posed bending slightly and with outstretched arms as if replacing a panel. The figure comes in 4 parts - the main body, head and two arms - so there is a little scope for re-positioning, though with the legs in the positions that they are, it is somewhat limited. Nevertheless, the detail is well sculpted, right down to the creases and folds in the overalls, and the face is nicely done as well. No painting instructions are included; although the packaging includes a colour photo of a painted figure for reference, it is far too bright, RAF uniforms having a dark gray shade with a hint of blue. Xtracolour has RAF Blue Grey in their range and that is a reasonable match. My reference was The Royal Air Force of World War II in Colour by Roger Freeman, which has a number of quality color photos of RAF personnel. A worthwhile purchase for the 1/32 scale modeller; I hope that PJ will include more groundcrew in all the major scales within their catalog. My thanks to PJ Production for the review samples.
