MSRP: $9.95 Website: www.eduard.cz Link to Mask Another in the growing line of Eduard's pre-cut masks, this set is designed to mask the windscreen and all other glazed parts found on Trumpeter's 1/32 Swordfish. Like all of the other current Eduard Masks, this set is made of Kabuki tape, which is similar to Tamiya's excellent masking tape, will adhere well to any compound curved surface and fits the kit parts nicely. A full set of instructions is included to guide the masking process. After applying the masks and spraying the frames around the clear areas, if it is found necessary to re-mask any area, masks that have been carefully removed can be reused or a shape can be cut from the salvage area surrounding mask shapes. Also, a new mask shape can be carefully traced onto a fresh piece of Tamiya masking tape using the shape of the area surrounding the original mask as a guide and then cut out with a fresh #11 blade. This set offers a quick and easy way of handling the job of masking this kit's clear parts. My thanks to Eduard for providing the review sample.
