MSRP: $12.00 Website: www.twobobs.net I must admit before I review this sheet, I dislike the Apache a lot. I flew the AH-1 Cobra and the Apache took over its mission. So just by that very nature itself this helicopter is not my favorite. When you think of ugly aircraft the AH-64 Apache has to rank right up there. Good thing you don't have to be beautiful to kill things. Even though it is ugly, the US Army AH-64A can be made interesting with the application of nose art. This sheet covers no less than TEN Pennsylvania National Guard Apaches some featuring a unique "crocodile" shark mouth. A single full color instruction sheet is printed on both sides with plenty of information, including photos of the real thing. Based on the information provided by LT Jonathan Bernstein, this sheet is really unique featuring the first sheet that I'm aware of that covers National Guard aircraft. The National Guard has become an integral part of the War on Terror and these aircraft have been deployed to real world hotspot. You get a single sheet of decals with markings for TEN aircraft. Also included are complete stencils for one aircraft. The decals are printed by Microscale so they are thin and in perfect register. Since they are printed by Microscale they will react well with their setting solutions. Working in Baltimore, we don't care much for the Pittsburgh Steelers. So if you aren't a Steelers fan some of these aircraft will offend you. There are at least three with large Steelers emblem on the belly. I believe these aircraft were participants on an overflight at the AFC playoff game in 2007 in which the Steelers beat the Ravens. OK so they are still neat. So let's review, ugly helicopter, great decals, and lots of them. OK if you can get past the Steelers emblem on your decal sheet these are really great decals. The stencils and weapon data are a nice addition. I'm happy to add this decal sheet to my collection. I just hope my football friends won't see them. Hey bottom line they are great decals for helicopters and you have to love the crocodile and shark mouth emblems. Highly recommended! Thanks to TwoBobs for the review copy.
