Tiger Meet markings have become a very popular modeling subject so this decal sheet is a very welcome addition. This is the first TwoBobs decal I have ever had the opportunity to use so I was very impressed on opening the zip lock bag the decal comes in.

The instruction sheet is on slick paper stock and printed in living color. There is the standard left, right, top, and bottom view of the decal placement. There are several photos, one of which is the subject aircraft in formation with two F-16's in Tiger Meet markings. Other photos show placement of the decals on the side of the nose, on the instrument coaming, intake FOD covers, speed brake, remove before flight banners, and exhaust plates.

The decal printing is completely in registry and the colors glossy. Paint suggestions for Gunship Grey and Gloss Orange are Testors, Humbrol, Gunze Sangyo and Xtracrylics.

What can be said about TwoBobs decals that haven't been said many times over? This decal is so comprehensive that it required over 300 individual pieces. 300 pieces!

When I volunteered for this review I pulled an Academy F-15E kit from my stash and got right work on it. I should have waited for the decal to arrive and then go buy the ProModeler kit. The Academy kit is not up to the same standards as the ProModeler kit so the decals didn't fit as well as it could have.

But that aside I can honestly say this decal covers the subject very thoroughly. There are very tiny decals for the wheel hubs, many, many "No Step" markings, a beautiful tiger image for the inside of the open speed brake, which I couldn't use because I had glued the speed brake in the closed position.

[review image] This was the first TwoBobs decals I had ever used so I was very surprised how quickly the decal released from the paper backing, mere seconds. [review image] Everything was in perfect registry with glossy printing. Every tiger stripe is a single piece so it takes a little while to get the all down. I can be honest and say that I didn't put every single piece on the model. I just couldn't see myself spending another week on this project. But what I did put down certainly makes the model look pretty good.

I can highly recommend this decal to the Tiger Meet model fans. Hmmm, I may have to do a few more of them myself.
