MSRP: $10.50 USD

This next sheet from Two Bobs Aviation Graphics is also geared toward the Tamiya 1/32 F-16C Block 50 and forthcoming Academy kits and covers markings for Vipers serving in the United States Air Forces Europe.

The decal sheet includes enough to do one of three complete aircraft: Two serving in the 31st Fighter Wing, Aviano AB, Italy and one serving with the 52nd Fighter Wing, Spangdahlem AB, Germany during the summer of 2004.  The 31st FW Ops Group Aircraft features a large tail marking depicting the map of Italy (the “boot”).  If one wishes to model the 52nd FW CCIP Ops aircraft the CCIP resin conversion from Shull24 Resin Conversions www.shull24.com is recommended.  CCIP is a program being done by Lockheed-Martin to all Block 40,42,50 and 52 Vipers in the US inventory to standardize all the cockpits and weapons capabilities.  The most notable external feature of CCIP equipped Vipers is the four APX-133 interrogator blades located just aft of the radome.  CCIP equipped aircraft can carry the LANTIRN Pod, Litening Pod or the Sniper XR Advanced FLIR Pod.

This sheet is consistent with Two Bobs quality.  The decals are crisply printed and accurate in color and registration.  A smaller sheet with some of the more common stenciling is also included.  A description of CCIP (Common Configuration Implementation Program) is provided along with a few walk around photos.  Also included is a colorful decal placement and paint scheme guide.  Paint color listings are provided for Testors Model Master, Gunze Sanyo, Xtracolor and Xtracrylics.
