1/32 F-16C 'Big Mouths' Block 50 Part III

Stock Number: 32-031

Reviewed By Ken Patterson, #42587

MSRP: $10.50 USD

This sheet from Two Bobs Aviation Graphics is again geared toward the Tamiya 1/32 F-16C and forthcoming Academy kits and covers some very sharp markings for Block 40 Vipers serving with the 8th Fighter Wing, “Kunsan’s Wolfpack”, Kunsan AB, Korea.

The decal sheet includes enough to do one of two complete aircraft of the 8th Fighter Wing based at Kunsan AB, Korea.  The 8th FW flies the Block 40 F-16s which are optimized for ground attack capabilities. The first aircraft is the 8th FW 2002 Demo Jet and features a large wolf’s head tail marking.  Also included for this aircraft is the American Flag with eagle and sword “Let’s Roll” artwork for the side of the intake.  This insert along with the tail codes and Wolfpack tail banner consist of two pieces.  The second aircraft consists of markings for the 8th Fighter Wing, 35th Fighter Squadron “Pantons”.  These come complete with appropriate tail codes and Pacific Air Forces Insignia.  A really nice touch here is the yellow and blue external wing tank markings for this bird.

This sheet is consistent with Two Bobs quality.  The decals are crisply printed and accurate in color and registration.  A smaller sheet with some of the more common stenciling is also included.  A short write up of Kunsan’s Wolfpack is provided along with a few walk around photos.  Also included is a colorful decal placement and paint scheme guide.  Paint color listings are provided for Testors Model Master, Gunze Sanyo, Xtracolor and Xtracrylics.
