Pakistan wanted to purchase the F-16 to fulfill their need for an advanced fighter aircraft.  Their failure to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty prompted the US to embargo the sale of the aircraft to Pakistan.  The airframes were stored at Davis-Monthan AFB until they were distributed to Edwards AFB and Fallon NAS.  The planes sent to Fallon were to fill the need for advanced adversary training aircraft to teach ACM (Air Combat Maneuvering) to Navy and Marine pilots.

Once again Two Bobs Aviation Graphics has released a timely and much needed set of markings.  This set of decals will complete up to 4 aircraft.  The markings are thin and very opaque.  They are right on register with intricate detail.  Printed by Microscale, they will respond very well to the Microscale system of decal solvents.  Once they are covered with your overcoat, they will look just like paint.

One addition that Two Bobs includes with every sheet of decals is the two sided, full color paint and guide marking sheet.  This one has all four sides of every version possible with this set.  Colors are called out in Model Master, Humbrol, Gunze Sangyo and Xtracolor paint numbers.  Also there are a few color photographs of the actual aircraft for extra reference.

This sheet is highly recommended for anyone wanting to include some differently painted and marked F-16's to their collection.  They are available from Two Bobs on the internet at http://www.twobobs.net.  Also check out their weekly photo file on current and future subjects under ‘Hot Babe of the Week’.  A great additional reference for completing your projects.  Thank you to Two Bobs for the sample.
