Nude markings for the Monogram B-25s have been dismal, but that has now changed.  With the release of the “Dukes of Hazzard” and Jessica Simpson in her Daisy Dukes you have wanted to pay homage to her.  Here is your chance.

Before there was Daisy Duke there was Daisy Mae from the Lil’ Abner comic strip.  The latest release from the PYN-up series has “Lazy Daisy Mae” on a B-25J assigned to the Air Apaches.  It has a glass gun nose with Daisy Mae on the right side.  Daisy Duke is a direct descendant of Daisy Mae.

The other aircraft is a B-25H that was the personal transportation of Brig. Gen. Orde Wingate.  The nose art is a nude with the name, “Erotic Edna” in yellow.  The aircraft sports five angled stripes on the fuselage.

You get national markings for one airplane.

Typical of the PYN-up decals, they are thin, opaque, and in perfect register.  You must follow the instructions as the decals are very thin and can be fragile.  I highly recommend this sheet.

The decals can be obtained by contacting Meteor Productions at support@meteorprod.com or by phone at 703-971-0500.

Thanks to Meteor Productions for the review copy.
