MSRP: $9.99 USD Revell-Germany’s recent release of the He-162 in 1/32nd scale screamed out for additional markings for these beautiful kits. Cutting Edge is the first company to come to the rescue. There is something here for everybody. These new decals are very colorful. Five airplanes are included on the sheet. As on their 1/48th offering, Cutting Edge offers something for everyone. The He-162 was only supplied to one unit, JG 1, so the range of markings is limited. In response to the limited markings, Cutting Edge offers three German aircraft and two captured British marked Salamanders. Being a very late war airplane, the choice of colors is limited but Cutting Edge has made an attempt to discern the colors as best as can be expected. As always the modeler is left with the final decision. Markings include the German marked “Yellow 6” with a yellow engine intake, “White 1” with a red intake and “White 5” with a camouflage-colored intake. British-marked aircraft include Air Min 61 and 67. Every airplane has the red arrow on the nose. Complete national markings are included for one German aircraft and both British aircraft, as they are different. Typical of Cutting Edge decals, they are thin, opaque, and in perfect register.
