• DL called the meeting to order at 7:09PM, CDT.

• DL addressed the Board regarding his President’s Message published in the March/April 2023 Journal.  DL expressed his sincere apology to the Board and to the full membership of the Society for his poor choice of wording in the message....

Some members have told us that the current PayPal and credit card payment process we use is confusing and hard to use. We heard you! Today, April 1, we are changing to an integrated credit card payment process that is faster, easier to use, and fully integrated with the membership system. You will be able to use your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express card for membership and convention registration or trophy packages. 

We think you will find the new payment process much friendlier! Of course, you can still pay by check or PayPal if you prefer. Checks should be made payable and mailed to: IPMS/USA, PO Box 1411, Riverview, FL 3568-1411. PayPal payments can be made by logging on to PayPal.com and making a payment to Treasurer@...

Greetings everyone. As promised, we are opening convention pre-registration tomorrow, the 1st of March at 9AM central time. You can go to this link: https://www.myipmsusa.org and on the menu items on the top you will see a convention registration choice.

Dear Members,

I want to formally introduce the National Convention Steering Committee (NCSC). Formed under the 2nd Vice President, the committee will provide a continuity resource for the society and membership in support of the National Convention. The NCSC’s goal is to create and maintain an online resource and standardized process that increases convention bids and enables a seamless transition from year to year for clubs hosting the National Convention. The committee will serve as a mechanism for continuous improvement and capture convention best practices for implementation.
