read more...Some members have told us that the current PayPal and credit card payment process we use is confusing and hard to use. We heard you! Today, April 1, we are changing to an integrated credit card payment process that is faster, easier to use, and fully integrated with the membership system. You will be able to use your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express card for membership and convention registration or trophy packages.
We think you will find the new payment process much friendlier! Of course, you can still pay by check or PayPal if you prefer. Checks should be made payable and mailed to: IPMS/USA, PO Box 1411, Riverview, FL 3568-1411. PayPal payments can be made by logging on to PayPal.com and making a payment to Treasurer@...
read more...Recently there have been reports of emails with the Subject: Membership Suspension notice and the From beginning with File Sharing From... (a non-IPMS email address)
They are a phishing / scam attempt. Please delete them immediately and do not open the attachment.
This is a common practice and members should be wary of any 'official' IPMS/USA email that does not come from @myipmsusa.org or @ipmsusa.org email addresses. It is usually a good idea to check the From: in any email you do not recognise.

Dear Members,
I want to formally introduce the National Convention Steering Committee (NCSC). Formed under the 2nd Vice President, the committee will provide a continuity resource for the society and membership in support of the National Convention. The NCSC’s goal is to create and maintain an online resource and standardized process that increases convention bids and enables a seamless transition from year to year for clubs hosting the National Convention. The committee will serve as a mechanism for continuous improvement and capture convention best practices for implementation.
We've just started, and 2023 will be a busy year. Please take a look at the attached documents to learn more about the committee, and we look forward to providing more resources...
read more...Our IPMS/USA membership system now has a page for chapters who pay for memberships to use our online payment process. The page also works for Gift Memberships. Just follow the links to the MyIPMSUSA.org Membership Home page from the IPMSUSA.org site. In the top menu, use the drop down under Membership Home (in the blue bar) to select Gift or Chapter Paid Membership and follow the instructions there. You can submit payments for multiple memberships along with the names and IPMS number of your members. read more...Some members have expressed concern that they might have to join PayPal to pay online through our MyIPMSUSA.org membership and convention system. While we have used PayPal as a payment processor for many years, there is no need to be a PayPal member to make a credit or debit card payment online. Once you click the Pay Online button and arrive at the screen with the heading “Pay with PayPal", simply click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button at the bottom of the page and you will be sent to the "PayPal Guest Checkout" screen. IPMS/USA welcomes all members meeting the requirements of our Constitution and By-Laws to submit a nomination petition.
