Since early 2019, Hobbytown USA of Sanford is now under new ownership. One of the owners is a modeler and gamer.

Though the store has a vast stock of hobby materials, there is plenty of models, paints, tools, etc. available for modelers. Currently, the store hosts the club/build meetings. There is a IPMS Club's Monthly Build Day and a non-IPMS Club Monthly Meeting.
