Member Email Address Registration
IPMS/USA is conducting a campaign to get as many member's e-mail addresses as possible into our membership database. If you haven't registered your e-mail address, please do so now!
The ground rules;
Member's e-mail addresses on file will:
- Be used to facilitate and expedite communications between members and National. E-mail is easier, quicker and less expensive than snail-mail.
- Support an optional system for member voting in Elections and/or on C & BL changes via e-mail now in use. The members e-mail address will be a prerequisite "registration password" for members choosing to vote by e-mail. This system will make voting by members both easier and yield a greater response.
- Be used for official IPMS/USA business only.
Member's e-mail addresses WILL NOT be used, or sold, for commercial or any other non-IPMS/USA use. Nor will any member e-mail address listing be published on our web page or elsewhere.
To have your e-mail address included in your membership record, please advise Mary Jane Farren, IPMS/USA Office Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your IPMS/USA Membership Number, name, and address in your e-mail. Your e-mail address is automatically included as the "From:" header of your e-mail and will be inserted in your IPMS/USA Membership record as your "Registered e-mail address".
If you are in doubt about the e-mail address currently in your membership record, please provide your current e-mail address to email@example.com and confirm/update your record.
