Thanks to the generosity of Stevens International and Trumpeter, IPMS/USA has acquired a limited number of aircraft and armor kits to be used for various purposes. To maximize the benefit of this donation, we are establishing a method for distribution of the donated kits to IPMS chartered chapters. (Note that a portion of the donated kits have already been earmarked for the Adult Building Course (ABC) and Supporting the Troops (STT) programs and a distribution plan already exists for these projects).

A listing of the available kits is provided below. Chapters wishing to obtain a kit for raffle, door prize, or membership campaign may do so by contacting either President Dick Montgomery (IPMSPresident@ipmsusa.org) , or First Vice President John Noack (jnoack@ipmsusa.org). We are tying the distribution of kits to a chapter-level membership drive. Here are the ground rules:

• Each request for a free kit must be accompanied by a copy of an email indicating that an IPMS/USA NEW member application and payment has been submitted to the National Office. (Renewals of current or expired National Members will not be counted as "NEW" memberships. Applies only to new memberships with application dates of March 21, 2010 or later (no retroactive requests, please)
• One kit may be requested for each new membership that is received and processed
• For statistical purposes, please state the intended use of the kit (raffle, door prize, award to Member of The Year, etc.)
• Include first and second choices in case we run out of your preferred kit
• Supplies are limited to what's on hand
